Guidelines and Rules to be a member of THE COLLECTIVE and participate in the WatersAbove™ App

WatersAbove™ is a private, paid community designed to support its members through discussion, collaboration, learning, and accountability.

These Community Guidelines exist to:

  • Protect members’ safety and experience

  • Maintain a professional, focused environment

  • Set clear boundaries for participation and conduct

By accessing or using the WatersAbove™ platform, you agree to follow these guidelines in all spaces, including public forums, private forums, direct messages, group messages, virtual meeting rooms, events, profiles, and uploaded content.


1. General Conduct & Respect

Before proceeding, please note that in order to use the WatersAbove App or have a Membership with THE COLLECTIVE, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Members must engage respectfully and professionally at all times.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, or demean others

  • Engage in bullying, dogpiling, or targeted harassment

  • Evade moderation actions, blocks, or mutes

  • Disrupt events, meetings, or discussions intentionally

Disagreement is allowed. Disruptive or hostile behavior is not.


2. Hate, Violence & Harmful Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech or hateful conduct targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics

  • Promotion, glorification, or encouragement of violence or violent extremism

  • Use of hate symbols, imagery, or language

This applies to all content formats, including text, audio, video, usernames, profile images, and shared media.


3. Sexual Content & Safety

WatersAbove™ is not a sexual content platform.

The following are not allowed:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content

  • Sexually suggestive imagery, language, or roleplay

  • Sexual solicitation or unwanted flirtation

  • Any sexual content involving minors

Violations involving minors will result in immediate removal and may be reported to appropriate authorities.


4. Advice, Disclaimers & Personal Responsibility

WatersAbove™ does not provide professional advice.

Members may not:

  • Give or solicit financial, legal, tax, medical, health, or investment advice

  • Present opinions as professional guidance

  • Promote guaranteed outcomes, earnings, or results

Members may share personal experiences or opinions when clearly framed as such.

All participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.


5. Scams, Fraud & Deceptive Practices

The platform may not be used for deceptive or exploitative activity.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Scams, fraud, or misleading claims

  • Impersonation of WatersAbove™, moderators, or other members

  • Fake testimonials or fabricated results

  • Phishing, malware, or attempts to collect sensitive information

Important safety notice:
WatersAbove™ will never initiate private messages, request payments via DM, or offer copy-trading, mirror-trading, staking, airdrops, or similar services. If any member offers you something similar, please be caution and ask for clarity from the community or do not engage.


6. Self-Promotion, Selling & External Links

WatersAbove™ is a community-first environment.

General Rules

  • No unsolicited promotion or pitching

  • No affiliate links

  • No spam or repeated promotional posting

  • No directing members off-platform except where explicitly allowed

Allowed Promotion (Limited)

Self-promotion is permitted only in designated forum spaces and must:

  • Be relevant to the community

  • Be respectful and non-spammy

  • Follow any posting limits or formatting rules

  • Not be conducted exclusively via private messages

WatersAbove™ does not facilitate transactions and is not responsible for peer-to-peer arrangements.

7. Direct Messages & Consent

Private messaging is a feature, not a right.

Members may not:

  • Send unsolicited DMs for promotion, selling, or recruitment

  • Continue messaging after being declined or ignored

  • Circumvent consent by moving conversations across channels

Members are encouraged to report unwanted or inappropriate DMs.


8. Content Sharing, Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

WatersAbove™ content is protected.

You may not:

  • Share paid materials, recordings, or internal posts outside the platform

  • Reproduce or redistribute WatersAbove™ intellectual property

  • Share another member’s work without permission or attribution

This includes course materials, meeting recordings, posts, and discussions.


9. Platform Integrity & Account Use

Members must use the platform as intended.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Maintaining multiple accounts

  • Sharing access to paid tiers

  • Manipulating engagement, visibility, or platform features

  • Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities

Each membership is for a single individual only.


10. Events, Campus Spaces & Unmonitored Areas

WatersAbove™ includes live and 24/7 virtual spaces that may not be actively monitored.

Members are expected to:

  • Follow all Community Guidelines in these spaces

  • Act responsibly and respectfully

  • Use reporting tools when issues arise

WatersAbove™ is not responsible for real-time moderation in unmonitored spaces.


11. Reporting & Moderation

Members may report content or behavior that violates these guidelines.

Moderation actions may include:

  • Content removal

  • Warnings

  • Temporary access restrictions

  • Account termination without refund

Actions are based on severity, intent, and behavior patterns.

Moderation decisions are final.


12. Legal Compliance

Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to:

  • Intellectual property

  • Consumer protection

  • Regulated goods and services

  • Gambling and solicitation

  • Protection of minors


13. Guideline Updates

These Community Guidelines may be updated as the platform evolves.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
