If at any time you lost or otherwise cannot gain access to your account, open the Mobile or log into app.watersabove.com and click "Forgot Password" to beginning account recovery.

🔑 Setup for Success

  • You must have an Active Membership with THE COLLECTIVE by WatersAbove™

  • You must have a verified email address.

  • You must have previously set up a password.

  • You must have access to the inbox for the email associated with your account

  • Ensure that support@watersaboveuniversity.com is not being sent to Spam


✅ Step-by-Step

  1. Open the app (or visit app.watersabove.com)

  2. Click 'Forgot Password'

  3. Enter the password associated with your account

  4. Click on the 'Reset Password' button provided in the email you received

  5. Enter a New Password (it must meet the provided requirements)

  6. Confirm the New Password

  7. Enter your Email and New Password to be logged in

At this point, your password is reset and you should have access again. 🙌

What Happens Next?

1️⃣ I am not receiving the 'Password Reset' Email, what should I do?

Reset emails usually arrive within a few minutes.

If you don’t see it:
• Check spam, junk, or promotions folders for 'support@watersaboveuniversity.com'
• Make sure you entered the correct email
• Wait a few minutes and try again

If you may have multiple accounts, try other email addresses you might have used.

2️⃣ My reset link isn't working or expired. What now?

Reset links expire for security reasons.


Simply return to the login screen and request a new password reset email, then use the newest link sent. If issues persist, please reach out to support at support@watersaboveuniversity.com for assistance.

3️⃣ I reset my password but still can't log in

Double-check that:
• You’re using the correct email address
• Password is entered exactly (no extra spaces)
• Caps Lock isn’t on

If you accidentally created a new account instead of logging in, try signing in with your original email or contact support to merge or restore access.

4️⃣ What if I no longer have access to my email or can't log in at all?

If you can’t access the email tied to your account, or login still fails, contact support and we’ll help restore access.
