With the Blur tool, you can easily choose the strength of the blur on your photo or video. This tool is ideal for hiding unnecessary details, highlighting the right part of the frame, or creating a specific mood.
How to Use the Blur Tool:
Open the Instories app.
In the AI Tools section on the home screen, tap See more 13 AI Tools.
Go to Other AI Tools and choose Blur.
Add a photo or video.
Choose the type of blur you would prefer to see:
Radial – Lets you define an area that will remain sharp. Select this blur type and, once the circle appears, adjust its size with two fingers.
Full Screen — Applies blur to the entire image or video.
At the bottom of the settings panel, choose the blur intensity that works best for you. Simply drag the slider to the right for a stronger blur or to the left for a softer effect.
If you decide not to use the blur effect, tap None.
If you want to apply the selected blur type to all pieces of media across your project, tap Apply to All.
👉 To see the before/after result, press and hold your image. You can also hold the black-and-white rectangle icon to preview it.
👉 You can also find the Blur effect in the regular editing panel by tapping Adjust.
