Cut & Captions automatically edits your talking-head videos. Upload a raw clip, and the tool removes pauses and unnecessary parts, highlights the key moments, and suggests B-roll and visuals based on the style and editing intensity you choose.
How to Use Cut & Captions:
Open the Instories app.
On the Explore tab, find the AI tools section and tap See all.
On the All tab, select Cut & Captions.
Upload your talking-head video.
Choose the style and the editing intensity.
Start the processing and wait for the result to open in the editor.
👉 The tool also adds an automatic headline: an accent word at the top and a short hook text at the bottom. If you don’t need it, simply remove it in the editor.
