Generate Video is a tool that helps you quickly bring your photos to life and turn them into vibrant, unique videos.
You can add dynamic visual effects or transform a static image into an atmospheric clip using ready-made templates or your own description.
How to Get Started:
Open the Instories app.
On the home screen, in the AI Tools section, tap See more 13 AI Tools.
In the Trending Tools section, select Generate Video.
How to Craft a Prompt:
1. On the left side of the input field, you’ll find two options:
Upload Your Own Image — If you want to use the image as a basis for new content.
Attach Reference Images — If you want the AI tool to follow the style you prefer.
2. To explore ready-made ideas, open the Template section at the bottom of the screen. The templates are grouped into categories, and the previews make it easy to see which kind of effect you can expect from each option.
3. Below the input field, choose the AI model. Instories Pro is selected by default, but you can also choose ChatGPT, Flux Kontext, Seedream 4, and others.
4. Tap Style to set the visual style for your future media (for example, Oil Painting).
5. In the lower-right corner, select the format for your image: 9:16, 16:9, or 1:1.
6. You can add a description of what you want to generate if you wish, though this is optional. The more specific your prompt is, the more precise the output will be.
Image Templates:
Portrait Styles
Create eye-catching portraits with unique effects — from fantasy looks to more familiar yet expressive options. This might include a fiery background, a robot-inspired style, or other bold accents that make the portrait stand out.
Nano People
“Nano People” templates generate a scene in which tiny characters interact with your product using tools shown in the preview.
Creative Toys
These templates turn a person into a charming toy-like version of themselves — almost like a collectible figure.
Action Figures
These templates transform people into action-figure-style characters inspired by your lifestyle.
Elegant Product
This category showcases your product in a fresh, visually expressive way. It may replace the background or place the object into an unusual setting, such as a soft cloud, podium, or professional photo studio.
Hairstyles
These templates let you try on a new look by switching to a different hairstyle with a single tap.
Video Templates:
Product Magic
Perfect for commercial content, you can use these templates to add creative backgrounds, enhance your product presentation with special effects (like color powder), or rotate your product 360°. Product Magic templates turn simple visuals into striking marketing assets.
Visual Effects
With these templates, you can integrate your product into advertising-style visuals. For instance, you can create a billboard or poster effect featuring cities around the world, or generate animations with rotating cards or posters. Visual effects templates are ideal for stylish product creatives and dynamic outdoor-ad-style effects.
AI Transitions
Transformation effects allow you to turn one object into another using different styles — from dissolving into particles to smooth transitions. These templates offer you a powerful way to reshape objects from right within the frame.

👉 Please note that the templates available for Image and Video will differ.
If you choose the Image format, all templates will generate static images, even if their previews are animated. However, you can also animate the final image later through the same AI chat.
How to Start the Generation Process
Tap the arrow next to the input field to begin.
The AI tool will first ask you to confirm that you want to generate media using your current settings. Tap Yes to proceed or Cancel to stop. You can also choose No, edit details to adjust the settings before generating your video.
After starting the process, you’ll see an estimated completion time. You can stay on the screen or leave — the generation will continue in the background.
How to Find Your Results
To find the content created by the AI tool, open one of the following tools:
Image Stylization
Generate Image
Generate Video
After that, tap the three-line icon in the top-right corner to view the complete history of your prompts and generated results.
Important Notes
Each new request to the AI tool (including edits or refinements) uses credits or counts as a new generation.
If the generation process takes an unusually long amount of time or an error appears, contact customer support through the in-app chat.
Final Steps
Tap the finished image or video to access additional options:
AI Change — Generate a new version by refining your prompt.
Go to Templates — Add the generated media to one of the templates.
Animate — Turn your image into an animation (this requires additional generations or credits).
Share — Share your results through messengers or social networks.
Edit — Open the editor to customize your media with text, stickers, filters, animations, and more.
Delete — Remove the generated image (used generations or credits are not refundable).
To keep a result you like, tap Save in the top-right corner.
