AI tools and AI templates are generative: they create a new image or video inspired by your photos instead of using your photos exactly as they are. That's why the result can show a different room, change details of a product or alter small text. This isn't an app error — it's how generative AI works, and no prompt can guarantee an exact copy.
How to get a closer result
Use a clear, sharp, well-lit photo with the main subject centered and not cropped.
For products: one product per generation, a front-facing photo on a plain, light background. Photograph fabrics unfolded.
Large logos and shapes are kept much better than fine print on labels.
Write a short, specific prompt and keep the requested motion subtle.
Some AI trends are made for products and replace only the product. To appear in a video yourself, try Remake Ads.
Need your real photos exactly as they are?
For real estate, products or anything that must stay accurate, use a regular template or slideshow instead of an AI tool:
Open Templates and choose a slideshow style.
Add your photos and arrange them in order.
Edit the text, pick music and tap Save.
Will I get my credits back?
If the generation completed and you got a result, the credits are used, even if the result isn't what you expected. A finished generation can't be edited manually, and unlimited free edits aren't included in the subscription — you can try again with more precise instructions. If a generation failed or was blocked by moderation, the credits come back automatically.
If you think the tool worked incorrectly, message us in the in-app support chat and send:
the name of the tool;
your original photos (as files, not screenshots);
the prompt you entered;
the result you received.
We'll check whether the AI worked correctly. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, see How to Request a Refund on iOS (App Store).
