The Templates tool lets you quickly choose a ready-made layout. This tool is the perfect choice if you don’t want to build a project from scratch or need to add a new page with a specific design.
How to Select a Template in a project:
Swipe the bottom menu to the left.
Open the Templates tab.
Choose your desired template.
Add your media.
If you already have media on the page, it will be placed into the template automatically. However, for the most accurate results, we recommend selecting and uploading your media after choosing a template.
You can also start a new project directly from a template. Just tap your desired template on the app’s home screen or from any category, such as New Templates, Recap, Hot Reels, and more.
👉 We also offer templates in the web version at instories.com. To find them, open the side menu and go to Templates. There, you’ll find the Stories and Reels collections with easy filtering by theme or number of available media items.
