Why Can't My Deduction be Confirmed?
This error in the ZayZoon app indicates that ZayZoon has received information on your upcoming earnings, but has not received information on the upcoming deduction.
If there is no repayment coming for your current balance that is due, you will not be able to access another payout until the balance is repaid.
Your account should update on your official pay date, so there is no need to reach out to the Customer Care team at this time. If your repayment is not made in full and your account goes into Overdue status on your pay date, please check out this article to provide you with the next steps.
