If you're trying to take out a payout and the app says your repayment deduction can't be confirmed, this means that there has been a delay in receiving your payroll data.
You may receive this error message in the app.
Repayment delays may be due to:
a technical issue or service outage
a correction in payroll data that has not yet been sent to ZayZoon
a change on the employer or payroll partner level
This delay usually resolves itself within 48 hours. If the repayments have been processed, your repayments will appear in the app and your available balance reset.
If the deduction has still not been confirmed, your account will turn to an Overdue status on your pay date and payouts may temporarily be disabled. Check the app to see if you can manually repay overdue amounts to reaccess your payouts.
