Part of Reveal Engage, Get Intro to Slack is now LIVE for all Pro and Power clients! Sales reps can proactively send requests for help to an internal and/or shared Slack Connect channel with partners to collaborate better.
This functionality is available for both Salesforce and HubSpot CRMs, for all Pro and Power plans.
Reveal workspace Admins can connect Slack and choose a default internal channel for Get Intro requests, or set up specific channels per partner:
Salesforce Widget improvements
See directly on the Salesforce Widget if Get Intro requests will be sent to a Slack channel, or via email to your Partnership Owner.
Sales reps can now quickly identify where their Get Intro request will be sent, and can prioritise which partner to request help from, based on the ability to collaborate on Slack.
Once "Get intro" has been clicked, you'll see an updated popup that shows where the Get Intro request will be routed to in more detail. See if the request will go to an internal or shared Slack Connect, or both.
Additionally, adding a message to give context to the request is now mandatory. This message will be visible on internal Slack channels, but not for shared Slack Connects with partners:

No action is required for you to upgrade.
Activity Tracking within Salesforce for Partner Attribution
We're committed to helping partner managers solve the partner attribution problem. By enabling tracking, we'll track activity with your Salesforce widget. e.g., you'll know when an AE clicks "Get Intro" on the widget. Tracking this activity will help make sure you never miss a partner-attributed opportunity again!
Are you using the Salesforce custom object (data package)? If so, you'll soon be able to run partner attribution reports directly within Salesforce.
Finally, later this year, Reveal will offer more ROI tracking capabilities. By enabling tracking, you'll be able to do more reporting directly within the platform.
Action by your Salesforce administrator is required to enable tracking. There are two simple steps to complete. We're hear to help and guide you through this process. Please contact your CSM if you need assistance.
Partner Analytics updates and release for Freemium workspaces
We're excited to release improved functionality on the Analytics dashboard:
Filter by partner tags
Show revenue metrics
Show high win rate partners: Win Rate Boost >20%
Drag and drop the columns to customize your view!
From the purple + symbol on the right of your screen you can now:
Expand Revenue Metrics: this will add three additional columns to your view that show the associated revenue attached:

My Prospects vs Customers
The sum of the revenue calculated for these three columns equals the total revenue potential
Show high win rate partners: this will highlight, in gold, the partners that have Win Rate Boost > 20%
Click on the column name in the dropdown and drag and drop it to update the column ordering and customize your view
Freemium workspaces now have access to a limited view of the Analytics dashboard. Free users can see:
Up to three partners: we will display your three first partners that you connected to on Reveal in this dashboard
Locked filtering capabilities for tags and filtering the column values
Ability to select the purple + symbol on the right to reorder the column view, and toggle on/off the individual columns, as well as expand revenue metrics and show high win rate partners
A popup to upgrade your plan: we'll put you in touch with our Sales team to learn more about how you can unlock unlimited access to Partner Analytics, as well as other premium features on Reveal
