Another month, another set of new releases and updates for our users. Here’s what’s new in Reveal for the month of January!
Sales Weekly Digest
Check the summary of your updates, and share them
Sent every Friday to Sales professionals within our ecosystem, the Weekly Digest highlights key accounts where you can source or influence revenue using partner insights. Our goal? Making these emails as actionable and relevant for you.
Back in October, we added partner recommendations and the ability to Get Intro or open these accounts on your CRM. The saga now continues, with two updates:
Summary metrics that appear on top of the email. Readers can now see how many accounts they can generate opportunities on, but also the number of deals their partners can help them advance.
The ability to export all the Weekly Digest updates as an Excel file from the email. Click the button "Open my weekly report", and the document will be downloaded!
The Sales Weekly Digest is available to all users, with Pro and Power plans enjoying the full list, as well as the ability to export the file. Get in touch with our teams to unlock it!
Get Intro
Customize your request forms for Intros on Salesforce
Context matters, especially when seeking help. Yet every partner is different, so a universal approach won't cut it. Users can now customize the template of their Get Intro requests sent through the Salesforce widget. You can edit the form from your Account settings on Reveal and:
Add up to 20 questions per template
Select specific partners, or no partners at all, for whom the template will be applies
Get Intro customization is a paid add-on for Pro and Power plans using Salesforce. Check out this article to better understand how it works and contact you Account Manager to get access.
A year later, one of our best features comes to its full power
Small, regular tweaks amount to big changes; this is the story of Get Intro! After its last update, Get Intro has approached our initial vision. An all-inclusive call to action, initiated and traced across multiple platforms. Here's all you need to remember about it:
Step 1. Define your preferences
Select for whom the action will be relevant, and manage preferences by configuring:
The internal routing of the request (email and Slack, if connected)
The external routing of the request (Slack, or through an email to your partner)
The Get Intro template form whenever requests are sent through SFDC
Step 2. Send your Get Intro requests
As mentioned above, Get Intro requests can now be sent from:
Reveal, in Account Mapping or 360° Goals
Our widgets on Salesforce or Hubspot
Step 3. Track your requests
Once the request is sent, accounts are automatically added to Collaborate, where you can maintain the discussion with your team and partner(s). You can also track activity through Salesforce Attribution Reports, where requests are traced as activities on opportunities, or custom systems that use API access to push updates to your CRM.
And that's it. All the info you seek, now at your right place and time.
