Another month, another set of new releases and updates for our users. Here’s what’s new in Reveal for the month of December!

New Goal: Lead Generation (AI✨)

Discover partners' customers not in your CRM

Tap into unforeseen potential, within a single click.

Lead Generation (AI) is our latest addition to 360° Goals, giving you a 360° view of partners' customers that are not in your CRM. We call them New Prospects, aka your golden nuggets: win rates from these customers are +32% across all our users!

To simplify the search, we sort New Prospects from highest to lowest number of Partner Signals. You can also tailor the list to your ICP by using filters like Country, # of employees and Industry!

Check out this article to learn how to use this Goal and about the AI model behind it.

Lead Generation (AI) is a premium feature in 360° Goals, available for Pro and Power plans. Get in touch with our teams to unlock it now!

Get Intro

Now live in Account Mapping, and available for more

You asked for it, so we delivered. Following up on the previous month's updates, Get Intro is now available in Account Mapping!

Found an interesting account while taking a dive into your partnership, but got no leads on it? Click on the Get Intro icon in the Actions Column, and send a request for an introduction and/or some key intel!

To keep the festive spirit alive, we have also unlocked the feature for all user personas and Admins.

Live in 360° Goals and now Account Mapping, Get Intro is exclusive to premium plans. Check out this article to better understand how it works.

License Requests from Reveal

One small step for users, one giant leap for admins

Small details, with a sizeable impact. Users couldn’t request a license, nor did they know who to contact. On their side, admins didn’t know who needed one!

So we fixed that, by creating a workflow that streamlines this process. It goes as follows:

  1. Users can now request a licence directly on the No license page

  2. This triggers an email to all admins of the workspace to notify them

  3. Admins can see at the top of the teammate settings who is waiting for a license, as well as the number of remaining licenses!

If you're an admin and want to learn more about assigning licenses, check out this article.

Partner Pop Up in SFDC Widget

Improved design, with new info on Deal Influencers

The Reveal SFDC widget enables partnership teams to share partner information with Sales teams directly in Salesforce. It's easy to customise, and can even have Get Intro integrated!

But a lot of our Sales users did not understand the information displayed when clicking on a partner. Nor did they have visibility on the best people to work with!

So we improved the design of the pop up, and added a small albeit impactful detail: Deal influencers! Cleaner, smarter and much more actionable.

This feature is available for Salesforce Power plans. If you're interested in unlocking the widget, get in touch with our teams!
