Another month, another set of new releases and updates for our users. Here’s what’s new in Reveal for the month of November!
SFDC overlap management
Manage the data synced from Reveal into Salesforce
Reveal's Power plan in Salesforce already gives you access to Custom Fields and Objects to identify overlaps with your partners. Data you can use for reports, dashboards and workflows ... but also incorporate into your lead scoring processes and with third party tools!
With overlap management, you can now decide which overlaps you wish to sync back into your Salesforce custom objects. Specifically, you can control:
What your revenue team sees in Salesforce
The amount of data synced to your CRM: this is especially helpful when you have limited capacity for new data!

Get Intro management
Tailor Get Intro settings to each of your partners
Not all partners are alike, and neither are your relationships with them. With some you have a closer connection, while with others things are just getting started.
If Get Intro was the way to leverage these relationships, Get Intro management is how you manage each relationship separately. To be more precise, Get Intro management lets you:
Configure Get Intro settings per Partner on Reveal. Identify your closest partners, and have your team's requests sent directly to a shared Slack channel.
Turn off Get Intro for specific partners. Particularly helpful for partners with whom you're building a relationship that hasn't matured. By disabling Get Intro, you regain control over who can reach out to them, and how!
Get Intro management is exclusive to Admin users on Premium workspaces. Check out this article to better understand how it works.
Get Intro from 360° Goals
Send requests from different areas, and get specific
A big month for Get Intro, indeed! We talked about its settings, now we'll address another new feature: Get Intro from 360° Goals!
360° Goals gives you a global view of your accounts, tailored to your objectives. You'll find many interesting accounts, but some will stand out. Once you've identified these, the next step is to get intel, to increase your chances of closing the deal.
As a Sales and Sales managers, you can now Get Intro from 360° Goals with a new request form that lets you specify:
The partner you'd like to get the intro from (or just validate the one you selected)
The contact you'd like an intro to
The context of the request, through a brief albeit comprehensive message
These requests will be then added to your Pipeline, and sent either through email or Slack, depending on the configured routing.
You can sent a Get Intro request from:
The Action column, by clicking on the Get Intro option
The account drawer. When you search for an account or click on it, the drawer will open to show you more details. For Partners that Get Intro is enabled for, you will be able to request an intro by clicking the purple Get Intro button!
This feature is available exclusively for Sales and Sales Managers on Pro and Power plans. Get in touch with our teams to unlock it now!
