Main errors that might show up when navigating 360° goals and how to improve the settings to fix it

Type of plan

You might need to check the type of plan on your account as only our paid plans have unlimited view of 360° goals

  • Pro and Power users: Unlimited access to 360° Goals

  • Free plan: Limited view, only access to Influence Deals

Influence Deals is empty

If you have connected a CSV file that has no opportunities listed, there won’t be any data to display

Here are some resources that might help you when connecting CSV file:

Do you have filters added?

Filters might be applied that are narrowing down the data displayed to information that is not available or doesn’t match the criteria

Can’t create a new saved view

You might already be at the limit of Saved views available in your plan

  • Free plans have 1 view

  • Pro plans have 5 views

  • Power plan has unlimited Saved Views

Data source issues

You may have multiple data sources connected and pinned one without the information necessary to map results

Check your data sharing settings for any restrictions you may have set up regarding your data. This issue might also come from your partner's side depending on their data sharing settings.

Lead Gen AI empty

You don’t have a 2-way sync of new prospects with partners, one of you may still need to share this information for the data to populate
