Roles Overview
ANVL has two system Roles: TECH for mobile workflow execution, and ADMIN for access to ANVL Manager and site-level management actions.
Note: Users must have one Role assigned in ANVL and can have both Roles if needed.
TECH
ANVL Workflows access (Mobile app or Web-based)
Used for workflow execution
ANVL Workflows ('TECH' Role): for all employees that need to complete workflows in ANVL.
ADMIN
ANVL Web (Manager) access
ANVL Admin Panel access
ANVL Manager ('ADMIN' Role' Live Feed for EHS Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors.

Create – Create new workflows in Mobilize AI.
Edit – Edit existing workflows
View – View existing workflows
DeleteDraft – Delete unpublished workflows
Publish-UAT – Publish workflows to Testing (UAT) Groups
Publish-ALL – Publish workflows to Testing and Production Groups
Publishing rights should be granted cautiously.
