Bulk Update Users allows Business Administrators to update multiple user profiles at once from the ANVL Admin Portal. Bulk updates apply immediately to live accounts and operate as a full replace per field—any value entered overwrites existing data. Leave fields blank to preserve current values.

Business Administrators can select multiple users in the Admin Portal and apply standardized updates to specific fields. Only fields entered in the Bulk Update form will be changed.
📝What Can Be Updated in Bulk
Supervisor
Preferred Language (IETF language setting e.g., en-US, fr-FR)
Phone Number
Roles (ADMIN and/or TECH)
Special Rights (where permitted)
User Tags (key:value)
Status (Active / Inactive)
Only fields entered in the bulk update form are changed.
Steps
Open the User Management tab in the ANVL Admin Portal.
Filter or search to locate the users.
Select the checkbox next to each user to update.
Select Bulk Update Users
Enter values for the fields you want to update
Supervisor
Enter the Supervisor’s User ID (UUID)
Do not enter the supervisor’s name or email

Phone Number
Enter numbers only
Do not include spaces, dashes, parentheses, or special characters
User Tags
Use the format:

Leave fields blank to keep existing values
Select Update
Wait for the updates to process. You will see a small window for each user pop up in the right-hand corner. Wait for the pop-ups to stop.
Verify changes were successful in the Successful Submissions table.

Click Refresh or refresh the browser page.
