When tickets are set up with QR Codes, gate workers can easily scan tickets using any mobile device, such as an iPad or iPhone, Samsung or Google phone.

Scanner applications will not work on Tap at Gate tickets, as there is nothing to scan.
Because most smartphones and mobile devices have a 'Quick Access' menu, it's easier than ever to quickly scan QR Code tickets.
Read the instructions and information below to learn about scanning tickets depending on your device.
Scan Tickets with an Apple Device
Gate workers using Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) can use the built-in scanner to scan and admit fans with QR code tickets.
On iPhones, iPads and all other iOS devices, there is a quick access menu called the Control Center. When you swipe downwards from the top right corner of the device, the control center will appear.
Most iPhones and iPads have the scanner widget in their control center by default. If you do not see it, you can add it by following the steps below.
Using the Scanner Widget to Scan Tickets
Tap the scanner widget from your Control Center.
Point your device at the QR Code. The scanner will find the ticket almost immediately.
Tap Use Ticket. If using multiple tickets, tap Use All Tickets.
Once activated, tickets will say "Used" are no longer valid for event entry.
Navigate back to the scanner and repeat the process for each ticket.

Gate workers using Android devices can use the built-in QR code scanner to admit fans with QR code tickets.
On Android devices, there is a Quick Access Menu where you can easily open a QR code scanner. When you swipe downwards from the top of the device, the Quick Access Menu will appear.
Most Android devices have the scanner widget in their Quick Access Menu by default. If you do not see it, you can add it by following the steps below.
Use the QR Code Scanner to Scan Tickets
Tap on the QR code scanner in the Quick Access Menu.
Point the scanner at the QR Code.
