This article explains how to customize your online booking widget

Online Scheduling is a powerful tool that allows your patients to request appointments at their convenience.

To start using this feature, you will need the following information for each practitioner that you'd want your patients to be able to book appointments with

Setup to be completed in your Practice management software -

  • Practitioner profile - Name, Practitioner type, etc.

  • Practitioner Chair assignment

  • Practitioner’s Schedule (Daily schedule + Holiday Schedule)

To be setup in CareCru

  • Reason for booking - Name, Duration, Description

  • Practitioners performing each reason

  • Chair Assignment (if sync is not supported)
