Crew Schedule Acknowledgments

Learn how to see which movers have confirmed their schedule — and follow up with the ones who haven't.

You finalize tomorrow's schedule, assign crews and trucks, and click Notify Crew. By 9pm, you're wondering: did everyone actually see it? Do they know when to show up? Mover Schedule Acknowledgments answers that and shows you exactly who's confirmed and who still needs a follow up before the move day.

How It Works

Once you've notified crew of a job assignment, each mover is prompted to confirm they've seen their schedule the next time they open the Crew App. Their response shows up live on your end on the Job Schedule, reducing your need to call or text to check.

This works for any upcoming job assigned to a crew (as long as the job isn't hidden). You can also log the acknowledgment manually from the office side if a mover confirms with you directly by phone or text.

What Movers See

When a mover opens the crew homepage when an upcoming job is assigned to them, they'll see a "Please review your schedule" banner at the top with job details — arrival time, job type, address, and crew assigned. Tapping I Saw This confirms they've reviewed it, which immediately updates their status on your end.

What You See (Office View)

From the day view of the Job Schedule, you'll see the ratio of acknowledgments for that day's jobs to the total assigned movers for that day.

When you click on the crew acknowledgement icon, each assigned mover will be listed with their acknowledgment status:

  • Acknowledged — the mover tapped "I Saw This" (or you marked it manually). The Notes column shows when: "Acknowledged by mover today at 1:49 PM."

  • Awaiting — the mover hasn't confirmed yet.

Manually Marking an Acknowledgment

If a mover calls or texts to confirm outside the app, click Mark Acknowledged next to their name to log it yourself — no need to leave them sitting in "Awaiting" just because they didn't tap the button. Need to undo one? Click Clear to reset it back to Awaiting.
