How to Connect and Sync Your Shopify Store
Select your initials in the bottom left corner of the Cuttable screen.
Click Settings, then open the Connectors tab.
On the Shopify card, select Connect. You’ll be redirected to the Shopify App Store. Click Install to add the Cuttable app.
If you have multiple Shopify accounts, ensure you’re logged into the correct one.
Approve the requested permissions and click Install again to finalize.
Return to Cuttable and click Setup to configure the integration.
From the tenant dropdown, choose which store or workspace (e.g. Fancy Hank’s Products) to connect.
Click Connect to link your Shopify store.
Click Fetch products to import your Shopify catalogue and begin syncing.
Notes
Once connected, products will appear in your Products page after syncing.
New Shopify products sync to Cuttable daily, or straight away when you select Check for updates. Products already marked Ad-Ready don’t update automatically.
You can disconnect or reconnect Shopify at any time from the Shopify card on the Connectors tab in Settings.
