Sometimes you may encounter a login or redirect error when connecting Shopify to Cuttable. The most common cause is a cookie conflict in your browser.
Common Error
You may see a message like:
“This page isn’t working. accounts.shopify.com redirected you too many times. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
How to Fix
Delete Shopify cookies
Open your browser settings.
Search for “cookies.”
Remove cookies related to
shopify.com.
Reload the page
Once cookies are cleared, refresh the page and try the connection again.
Still stuck?
Try using an incognito/private browser window.
Or switch browsers (e.g. Chrome → Safari/Edge).
