If you've been charged for the Premium plan and need a refund, this guide explains the eligibility criteria, steps to request a refund, and how refunds impact your account balance.
Overview of Premium Plan Refunds
Refunds for the Premium plan are available under specific conditions. Whether you were charged by mistake, decided to downgrade, or no longer wish to use Premium features, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
Unused Premium Benefits: If you haven't used any Premium benefits, you are generally eligible for a full refund.
Partial Usage: If you've used some Premium benefits, a partial refund may be available. The refundable amount is calculated as the annual fee minus the value of the period already used.
Timeframe: Refunds are only allowed within 14 days of upgrading to the Premium plan. Charges outside this 14-day window are not refundable.
How to Downgrade Your Plan:
Open the Deblock app.
Navigate to your profile (top left icon in main screen).
Select the "Plan" option.
Choose "Cancel recurring" and confirm the downgrade to the Standard plan.
Impact of Refunds on Account Balances
When a refund is issued:
Any negative balance caused by the Premium plan fee will be cleared first. The remaining amount will be credited back to your account.
Your account balance will reflect the adjustment once the refund is processed.
