How to Order a Physical Card in the Deblock App
Ordering a physical card in the Deblock app is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to successfully place your order and customise your card.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Deblock App
From the main screen, tap on the "Cards" tab.
Tap on "+ sign icon"(top left of the screen) and select "Physical Card"
Select your preferred card design (e.g., Standard or Premium).
Choose a PIN for your card. Note that this PIN cannot be changed later.
Verify your delivery address. By default, this will be your Deblock account address. You can edit it if needed.
Choose between Standard or Express delivery, if available.
Double-check all details, including the card type, design, PIN, and delivery address.
Submit your order to finalize the process.
Additional Tips
Estimated Delivery Time: After placing your order, the app will display an estimated delivery timeframe.
Order Verification: If the ordered card does not appear in the "Cards" tab, it means the order was not successfully placed. Repeat the steps above to ensure completion.
