Deleting Your Firsty Account in the App
The process for deleting your Firsty account is quick and can be done directly within the app:
Log In: Open the Firsty app on your device and log into your account.
Navigate to Profile: Swipe to the page on the far right within the app. This is typically where your personal account details are displayed.
Delete Profile: At the bottom of this account page, you will find a "Delete Profile" button. Tap this to initiate the deletion process.
Confirmation: The app will then log you out and begin processing your account deletion.
Important: Managing Your eSIM Separately
It's crucial to understand that deleting your Firsty account from the app will NOT automatically delete the Firsty eSIM from your device. Your eSIM is a separate component installed on your phone's cellular settings.
To fully remove Firsty from your device, you should also delete the eSIM. Here's how:

Non-Instant Deletion: Please note that account deletion is not instantaneous. Once you initiate the process, our systems begin working on it in the background.
Avoid Logging In Again: If you log into the Firsty app again after requesting deletion, it will interrupt and cancel the ongoing deletion process. Please ensure you do not log back in if you wish for the deletion to proceed.

We adhere to the "right to be forgotten" principles, meaning we will only retain data that is strictly necessary for legal and operational purposes, such as preventing fraud or complying with regulatory requirements.
