Step 1: Choose Your Sign-Up Method
When you first open the app, you'll be greeted by the Sign Up screen. Firsty keeps it flexible by offering three distinct ways to get started:
Personal Accounts: Enter your phone number to begin. The app automatically detects your Country Code based on your current location settings to save you a step.
Business Accounts: If your company has a direct agreement with Firsty, tap "My Business Account" to access the specialized Company Login page.
Referrals: If a friend sent you a code, don't forget to enter it in the "Optional: Referral/partner code" field before proceeding.
Step 2: Verification
Security is a priority, so Firsty uses passwordless authentication. Once you enter your details, you can choose how to receive your unique 4-digit verification code:
Text Message (SMS)
WhatsApp
Once the code arrives, head to the Verify screen and type it in. If the code doesn't arrive immediately, a countdown timer will show you exactly when you can request a new one.
Please note: Firsty cannot manually provide verification codes. If you encounter issues receiving a code, ensure your phone number is correct and check for any service interruptions with your mobile provider.
Important Note for Existing and New Users
For previous users who created accounts with Google or Apple Sign-On: if you are looking to log in again, please use the "My Existing Account" button. This will guide you through the process to regain access.
Currently, new users are required to sign up with a phone number for enhanced security and service capabilities. While Google or Apple Sign-On options are not available for new registrations at this time, we hope to make these alternative sign-up methods available again soon to offer more flexibility.
