Using Calling with Firsty

How to call using the Firsty App.

Updated over a month ago

Who can make calls?

Firsty supports in-app calling for users with numbers from EU (except Belgium), North America, Canada, Singapore, and Japan.

If you signed up with a phone number from one of these regions, you can make outbound calls using the Firsty app. When you call someone, they’ll see your regular phone number — the one you used to sign up.

How to make a call:

  1. Go to the Phone tab in the Firsty app.

  2. Add some credit.

  3. Make your call — that’s it.

What about everyone else?

If you signed up with a number outside the EU, North America, Canada, Singapore, or Japan, Firsty currently works as a data-only service. That means calling through the Firsty app isn’t available yet. But if your phone supports Dual SIM, you can still use your regular SIM card for calls and texts alongside Firsty.

Good to know:

We’re working on expanding phone number support, so stay tuned.

Note: we are experiencing an issue with some Czechian customers being unable to make calls - with the error "Line Busy" when making a call. We are working to resolve this issue.
