Phone numbers are generally not provided in voter data, and various data sources are applied to append voter records with the best possible matching phone numbers. Use Advanced Counts > Expert Phones to filter voter records by Landline and Mobile phone types with specific attributes for customizing your voter list.

Phone Type

Select Mobile or Landline phone number types for your list. The Exclude Do Not Call (DNC) option will automatically exclude records listed on the FTC National Do Not Call Registry from a voter list. While political calls are allowed for phone numbers on the registry, filtered records can be used to enhance phone contact lists. Separate Home Phone DNC and Cell Phone DNC fields are provided in Phone List exports to identify DNC phone numbers.

Telephone Reliability Code (TRC)

Select the Phone Type and one or more TRC values to add into your count criteria. Phone data from Data Axle generally applies numeric TRC values where 9 is the highest reliability, and phones appended from Neustar contain alphabetic values where A is the highest reliability. Phones selected from Phones > Phone Numbers will automatically include only phone numbers with the High Reliability roll-up value.
