Make sure you have the latest version of the Gophr Courier App installed
Once you've accepted your first job, you will find it in your Sequence, in the "Jobs" screen.
Click on the job to see where to go for your pickup. You will be able to see more details about the job, where to go and who to look for when you get there - and also the contact number of the customer who booked the job and also the person who will receive it.
You can call them if you need assistance with finding the location, or if you are running late, for example.
📍 When you get to the pickup address:
Click on the button "Arrived at location" to mark yourself at the pickup location and start the pickup flow
When you're ready to collect the parcels, click on "Pickup consignment" and follow the steps there
Make sure you are collecting all the parcels at the location
If the parcels are not ready or if something else is missing, please contact us via the app
Always remember to be friendly and polite, as customers are able to review couriers - and even favourite them.
📍 When you get to the delivery address:
Click on the button "Arrived at location" to mark yourself at the delivery location and start the delivery flow
When you're ready to deliver the parcels, click on "Deliver consignment" and follow the steps there - it can include proof of delivery, Challenge 25, collecting signature
Make sure you are delivering all the parcels at the location
If you can't follow the delivery instructions or can't find the recipient, try getting in touch with the booked and recipient by calling them
If you have any further issues, please contact us via the app
