Change the date of a Work Order

Follow these easy steps to quickly change the date of a work order

From the customer detail page -

Select the Work Order

In the Work Order detail page, select the calendar & select a new date

Confirm the date change

When you return to the customer details, the stop will now be listed as Unassigned. Make sure to route the stop.


From the Route Manager -

Select the Work Order details

In the Work Order detail page, select the calendar & select a new date

Confirm the date change

The unassigned Work Order will be under the Unassigned Column in the Route Manager
