Work Order Statuses

Shows where a stop is in the service lifecycle and any account-level conditions affecting service.

Updated this week

Scheduled

The work order is queued for service on its assigned date. It has not yet been started or completed by a driver

In progress

A driver has begun working on this stop. They may be en route, on-site, or actively performing the service. Only one stop per route should be in this state at a time.

Serviced

A driver has begun working on this stop. They may be en route, on-site, or actively performing the service. Only one stop per route should be in this state at a time.

Skipped

The driver was unable to complete service during this attempt, typically due to access issues, blocked containers, contamination, or other obstacles outside their control.

Cancelled

The work order has been permanently removed and will not be serviced. This is a user-initiated action to remove a specific work order.

Hold

The work order is paused due to a vacation hold on the account. Service is temporarily stopped and will resume when the hold period ends. Work orders remain frozen in service (shown in purple).

Suspended

Service has been stopped due to account suspension, typically for non-payment or other account standing issues. Unlike vacation holds, suspended work orders indicate an enforced pause requiring action to reinstate service. Drivers can see these stops (shown in red) so they know not to service them.
