Delivery estimates depend on your market, delivery address, stock availability and the warehouse fulfilling your order. The most accurate estimate will be shown during checkout and in your order or shipping confirmation. Local shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, while international shipping may take 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier processing.
Infraredi uses local fulfilment and express courier services where available. If local stock is unavailable, orders may be shipped from overseas warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. This can apply to products made up of multiple devices, including the Pro Semi.
You will receive tracking information by email after each shipment is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us so we can check the order and determine whether the courier needs to investigate it. For shipments from overseas warehouses, tracking updates may only become available once the package reaches the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier.
