If you are signed in and your order is already connected to your customer profile, we will use the information available rather than asking you to repeat it.
If you are not signed in, provide your order number and the email address used to place the order. We will verify the information before sharing private order details.
If tracking has not updated for several days, we can check the latest status and pass the case to the support team if a courier investigation is required.
