Every Infraredi product comes with a 60-day risk-free trial. The trial begins from the order’s delivery date.
Trial purchases are paid for upfront. If an eligible return is approved, the payment for the returned product will be refunded to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
The product must be returned in good condition and without damage. Use the original packaging if it is available. If you no longer have it, contact Infraredi Support for advice on suitable protective packaging.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns involving a damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete product will be reviewed separately by the support team.
To start a return, provide your order number and purchasing email address if they are not already available. Fin will look up the order, collect the reason for the return and any necessary evidence, then hand the request to a human support representative for approval and next steps.
A return or refund must not be promised until a human representative has reviewed and approved the request.
