Every Infraredi product comes with a 60-day risk-free trial. The trial begins from the order’s delivery date.
Trial purchases are paid for upfront. If an eligible return is approved, the payment for the returned product will be refunded to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
The product must be returned in good condition and without damage. Products must be returned in original packaging. If you no longer have it, you will need to source a box that is big enough to fit the product in and ensure it has padding so it does not get damaged in transit. Missing accessories may result in a partial refund.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns involving a damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete product will be reviewed separately by the support team. Infraredi also does not allow in-person drop-offs. Follow the standard return instructions, including securely packaging the product, labeling it with the order number as a reference number, and including all original accessories. After dropping off the package, provide confirmation or receipt details to Infraredi to expedite the refund process. Ensure the package is labeled with the an order or reference number provided by Infraredi, and ship it to the return address specified in the return approval or instructions. Use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number. Share this tracking number with Infraredi to ensure prompt processing of your refund. Processing may be delayed if tracking information is not provided.
To start a return, provide your order number and purchasing email address if they are not already available. Fin will look up the order, collect the reason for the return and any necessary evidence, then hand the request to a human support representative for approval and next steps.
A return or refund must not be promised until a human representative has reviewed and approved the request.
