Study plan vs a pdf study guide
In iQualify, Authors have the option to specify when sections of their course open and close using the Study plan in Create, and Manage users can do this under Dates when creating a class activation.
However, sometimes you might want to have all the sections open for the entire course and instead give learners some guidance on how much time to spend on different sections. You have the option to include this as a pdf study guide.
As an example a study guide might look something like this:
Weeks | Section | Other activities |
1 | Welcome and introduction |
|
2-4 | Section 1: Our solar system | Field trip to the observatory |
However, it is entirely up to you what content you want to add into your study guide and how you present it within the pdf.

Learners will see the option to download the study guide when they visit the Overview for the course.
