How do I read NPS in the Intelligence tab?

How to read NPS, the score for how likely people are to recommend Jolly, in the Surveys tab of Intelligence.

For: Owners, Managers

NPS, or Net Promoter Score, shows how likely people are to recommend Jolly. You find it in the Surveys tab of Intelligence.

Steps

  1. Open Surveys. Click Intelligence in the left sidebar, then the Surveys tab.

  2. Read the counters. Total sent is people who got the survey. Total responses is people who answered. Response rate is responses divided by sent. All three count all time.

  3. Read the score. NPS is the percent of promoters minus the percent of detractors. It runs from -100 to 100. Above 0 means more promoters than detractors.

  4. Know the groups. Answers of 9 to 10 are promoters. Answers of 7 to 8 are passive and add nothing to the score. Answers of 0 to 6 are detractors.

  5. Switch views. Results shows your score, the split, and NPS by quarter and by group. Individual Responses shows one row per person. Click a row for the campaign, points and date.

Good to know

  • Only surveys sent from the NPS template show here, and only after you send them. A survey you built yourself does not, even with a 0 to 10 question.

  • "Not Found" means the profile has no location. "Anonymous Contact" means the survey was anonymous. Anonymous scores still count.

  • Individual Responses shows 50 rows per page. You cannot change the date range yet.

  • To read the answers to any survey, see How do I review survey results?
