For: Owners, Managers
Usually it's one of four things: a filter, sync timing, a scope mismatch, or how a particular metric is defined.
Active filters
Check every filter on the page you're looking at. Reset to All to see the full data set, then reapply filters one at a time to find the one causing it.
Sync timing
Most employee data reaches Jolly within 24 hours of changing in your source system. Some connections are near real time, and scheduled file feeds arrive on their own drop schedule - so a change made after the last drop appears on the next one.
Point awards made in the last few minutes may not be in aggregated reports yet.
A large CSV import takes a moment to process fully. The Contacts list updates itself as it finishes, so you don't need to reload.
Campaign scope
Confirm you're looking at the right campaign - simultaneous campaigns have separate data.
Check the date range covers the full campaign period.
Verify the employees you're expecting are enrolled and eligible for that campaign.
Time zones
Totals can differ between systems when one records a transaction on one day and the other on the next, because of a time zone offset. Your dashboard uses your organization's timezone.
Two things about Intelligence specifically
Historical adoption can change. Adoption is always calculated against your current member list, so when people leave the organization they drop out of the history too. It answers "how much of my workforce uses Jolly today", not "what was our rate that month".
Group bars don't add up to the headline. A member with no value for the grouping - no location on their profile, for example - counts in the headline number but appears in no bar. A member who belongs to two groups is counted in both.
Still not adding up?
