Applications, Invitations, and Confirmed Hires

Understand the difference between applying, receiving an invitation, and being selected to work.

Find your campaign status

Open My Campaigns in your creator account. Use the Active, Applied, Invitations, Not selected, and Completed tabs. Open the campaign for its current instructions.

My Campaigns separates active work from applications, invitations, and completed campaigns.

Applied

You submitted an application. The business can review your profile, but work is not confirmed.

Invited

A business invited you to consider a campaign. Read the brief and follow the invitation steps if it suits you. An invitation is not a confirmed hire.

Accepted or hired

The business selected you and the campaign record confirms that work can begin. Check the latest brief and workroom instructions before filming.

Not selected

You were not selected for this campaign. This is different from a problem with your account. You can explore other suitable opportunities.

Submitted

You uploaded a deliverable or required posting proof through the workroom. Uploading it does not mean it has been approved.

Changes requested

Read the reviewer’s feedback, compare it with the agreed brief, and submit the corrected version through the same workroom. Ask for clarification if the request is unclear.

Approved and completed

Approved means the reviewer accepted the deliverable. Completed means the campaign workflow reached its completed state. Check for any remaining content or posting requirements in the campaign.

Before you start work

Do not buy products, travel, film, or post just because you applied or received an invitation. Wait until the platform confirms your selection and authorizes the work. If the status and a message conflict, contact support before proceeding.
