The campaign workroom is the shared record for a business and a confirmed creator. Keep campaign questions, decisions, files, and updates inside Purple Cow.
Open the correct workroom
Open your campaign from your account. Businesses should select the relevant hired creator; creators should open their own confirmed campaign. A campaign can contain several creators at different stages, so check both the campaign and the creator before acting.
Follow the current stage and next action
Use the status and next action shown in the workspace. Depending on the campaign, the first step may be shipping, purchase proof, digital access, or an on-site visit. Complete the actual setup step before expecting content submission to unlock.
Shipped product: the business supplies the shipment details; the creator confirms receipt after delivery.
Funded purchase: follow the purchase-proof and review steps shown in the campaign.
Digital access: provide the necessary access instructions; the creator confirms access once it works.
On-site: coordinate the visit and follow the session-completion step. Do not use physical shipping instructions for a digital or on-site campaign.
Demo business workroom: the highlighted stage shows where this creator’s work currently stands. Your campaign may show a different stage.
What belongs in the conversation?
Questions about the current brief and required content.
Product, access, shipping, posting, visit, or deadline updates.
Short explanations of a submitted version and clear revision feedback.
Clarification of any proposed change to the agreed work.
Messages do not replace the relevant platform action. Upload and submit through the deliverable area, record logistics in the appropriate controls, and approve or request revisions using the review action.
Write useful messages
State the issue and the next action clearly. For several feedback points, use one short numbered list with timestamps. For example: “At 0:12, please replace the on-screen claim with the approved wording in the brief.” Avoid scattered, contradictory messages.
Protect the campaign record and private details
Keep work on Purple Cow rather than personal email, WhatsApp, or social DMs. Never request passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials, or identity documents in the workroom. Use the designated account-verification flow for documents. Share only the product or visit information needed for that campaign, in the intended private fields.
Changes, delays, and disagreements
Flag a blocker before the displayed deadline. If a request changes the agreed scope, clarify it through the appropriate campaign process rather than treating a chat message as automatic acceptance. Keep the discussion factual and respectful. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact support with the campaign name, creator or business role, affected stage, and relevant message or error details.
