Your Business Profile describes your business account. Brands & Products holds the brands and products you use in campaigns. Keep both up to date before inviting creators.
Open Business Hub
Sign in to your Business account at app.pcow.io, then choose Business in the sidebar.
Business Hub separates your account profile from your brands and products.
Complete your Business Profile
Open Business Profile and select Edit profile.
Check your business name and industry. Add a clear description in About.
Add your website and the contact and location details requested by the form.
Upload an official logo you have permission to use. Follow the file requirements shown beside the upload field.
Select Save changes, then check that the saved details appear correctly.
The account email is managed separately using Edit Email. Keep it accessible so you can receive account and campaign updates. Do not put passwords, verification codes, or private identity documents in your profile description.
Add a brand and product
Open Brands & Products.
Choose Add brand and enter the brand name. Add its logo, website, main category, and description where relevant.
Attach current brand guidelines if creators need them.
Review the visibility controls beside fields such as the website and guidelines. These controls determine whether creators can see those details before being hired.
Save the brand, then add or manage its products from the brand area.
Use the brand category, description, and guidelines to keep campaign information consistent.
What belongs in a campaign brief?
Your profile explains who you are. The campaign brief explains the specific work: the product or service, the goal, what the creator should show and say, required deliverables, deadlines, and any delivery or posting instructions. Check that the correct brand and product are selected for each campaign.
Can’t find these tools?
Make sure you are signed in as a Business, not a Creator. If you registered with the wrong account type or cannot save your changes, contact support through the platform and name the page and field causing the problem.
