Contact Purple Cow Support and Get Help Faster

How to contact support and include the right details without exposing private information.

Written by Purple Cow Support

If Fin cannot resolve your issue, open a ticket through Help & Support inside https://app.pcow.io. You can submit your request at any time; this does not mean an immediate reply.

If you cannot sign in or open a ticket, email help@pcow.io or hello@pcow.io. Either address is an official Purple Cow support contact. Choose one address or one ticket, and continue the same thread for the same issue rather than sending duplicate requests.

If neither ticket nor email support can help, you can ask for a human agent. Urgent safety or account-security concerns should be raised promptly. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents in chat or email.

You can also message us through the website Messenger. A teammate may reply later in that conversation; if you supplied an email address, you may also receive the reply by email.

Before contacting support

Check the relevant Help Center guide and try only the safe troubleshooting steps. If a deadline is close, the issue involves account security, or the campaign status is wrong, contact support promptly.

Include these details

  • Whether you are using a Creator or Business account

  • The page or feature you were using

  • The campaign name or reference, if relevant

  • What you expected to happen

  • What actually happened

  • The exact error message

  • The date and approximate time

  • Your device, operating system, and browser

  • The troubleshooting steps already tried

Screenshots and recordings

Include a screenshot or short screen recording when it helps explain the problem. Before sending, hide names, email addresses, phone numbers, private messages, document numbers, banking details, and any unrelated personal information or brand material.

Never send these in chat

  • Your password or one-time verification code

  • A full identity document

  • Banking login details or card security information

  • Recovery links or other account secrets

Keep one clear conversation

Use the same support conversation for the same problem when possible. Duplicate messages across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and the website can split the history and slow down investigation.

For campaign problems

Keep the brief, files, and business-creator messages inside the campaign workroom. In the support message, explain which brief requirement or status is involved and the outcome you need.
