Short answer: no. There is currently no option to pin your mailboxes to a dedicated IP address or a hand-picked subset of our sending pool. All sending goes through a backend-managed IP pool that rotates automatically.
Why we use a rotating pool
Cold email deliverability depends much more on domain and mailbox reputation, warmup, and sending behavior than on any single IP address. Because of that, our infrastructure is built around a large, actively-managed pool of sending IPs that rotates behind the scenes rather than assigning one fixed IP per customer or mailbox.
IPs in the pool are rotated regularly, so a specific IP you might check today may no longer be the one your mailboxes are sending through tomorrow.
This rotation is intentional and works in your favor — it spreads sending volume across many IPs instead of concentrating it (and any risk) on one.
Your account-level SPF record authorizes the pool as a whole, so you don't need to track or whitelist individual IPs yourself.
What to do if a blocklist check flags an IP
If you run your own due-diligence checks (Spamhaus, SURBL, etc.) against an IP you found in our SPF record or mail headers, keep in mind that IP may already have rotated out of active use by the time you check it. A single listed IP in a large rotating pool does not mean your domains or mailboxes are affected.
The best way to check your own standing is to look up your domain (not an individual IP) against a blocklist.

What actually protects your deliverability
Since sending IP isn't something you manage directly, focus on the parts of setup that do move the needle:
Run a proper warmup through a dedicated warmup tool (we recommend Instantly or Plusvibe) before sending real campaigns.
Keep sending volume within recommended daily limits per mailbox.
Send to a clean, verified list — avoid catch-all and unverified addresses.
