Why are some of my domains not eligible for Google Workspace?

The "Some domains are Not Eligible for Google Workspace" modal is normal Google eligibility, not a bug.

When you set up Google Workspace mailboxes, you may see a message that "some domains are not eligible for Google Workspace." This is a normal eligibility check performed by Google — it is not a bug or a problem with your domain, and it is common for freshly registered domains.

Eligibility is decided by Google, not by Maildoso, so we can't force a domain to become eligible.

Your options:

  • Register anyway — use the domain with our SMTP infrastructure instead of Google Workspace.

  • Choose different domains for the Google Workspace mailboxes.

"Google" shows 0 available / I can't select Google mailboxes

If the Google option on the mailbox-creation screen is greyed out or shows 0 available, it's usually one of these — not a network/VPN problem:

  • Your plan has no Google Workspace allotment. If you bought an SMTP-only plan, there's no Google quota to draw from, so the Google option stays at 0. To use Google mailboxes you need a plan or add-on that includes them — contact support and we'll confirm your allotment or adjust the plan.

  • Brand-new purchase. Right after checkout the quota can take a few minutes to apply. Wait and refresh.

  • The domain isn't Google-eligible (see above) — pick an eligible domain or use it on SMTP.

If you're not sure which option fits your plan, contact support and we'll help you decide.
