On average we get 20 seconds of attention when reading any form of communication message. Consider the context of a busy clinician, how are you going to create meaningful & impactful messaging that gets noticed?

  • No.1 rule is be concise

  • Use headings, bold text and images/visual cues

  • Don't have huge walls of text

  • Add clinical guides & more in depth information as a link
