How to schedule a report

Learn how to set up automated report schedules, configure recipients, and choose delivery frequency for your team.

You can automate your reporting by scheduling reports to be sent directly to your inbox or to your team on a recurring basis.

Creating a schedule

To set up a scheduled report:

  1. Go to Reports from the left side menu.

  2. Click the Schedule button.

  3. Click the + icon to create a new schedule.

  4. Configure the following settings:

  • Recipients - Select from the dropdown the account users who should receive the report. Learn how to add users to your account →

  • Trackers - Choose which trackers to include — brands, competitors, marketing leads, or a combination. Learn more about trackers →

  • Frequency - Set how often the report is sent (daily, weekly, etc.).

  • Next Run - Shows when the next report will be delivered.

  • Attachments - Select the Standard or Custom Report you want to send. [View available Standard Reports →] [View Custom Reports →]

  • Included Email Sections - Select which sections appear in the email body.

  • Presets - Apply a preset to filter the data before sending. Learn more about presets →

  • CC / BCC - Add any additional recipients, including external email addresses.

Report scheduling options

Once configured, you can either send the report immediately or save the schedule and allow it to run automatically.
