MyLogiwa runs your inventory automatically considering your purchase orders and shipment orders. If you want to increase your inventory level manually, MyLogiwa lets you interfere with your inventory quantities.
To add inventory, go to the 'Inventory' screen. There are 3 ways to add inventory by hand:
Select the ‘Add Inventory’ button in the upper right-hand corner.
Hover your mouse over the stock line you wish to edit, and you will see a ‘Add’ icon pop up on the right.
Hover your mouse over the stock line you wish to edit, and you will see an ‘Adjust’ icon pop up on the right.
Choose Your Way
The main differences between 'Add Inventory' and 'Adjust' choices are the action type and change way of inventory. Inventory reports and inventory history reports will list these actions with these types.
Choose the Inventory You Wish to Edit
Click Add Inventory Button
When you select the ‘Add Inventory’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you need to search the warehouse, location, product, and pack type first. Then type the quantity you wish to add inventory for.
Choose a Specific Inventory Line
But if you hover your mouse over the stock line you wish to edit and select the ‘Add’ button, you don't need to search SKU or Product Name of a product. You will see the warehouse, location, product, and pack type that belongs to the selected inventory line and free quantity.
In the Quantity field, type the number of pieces/cases/pack type you want to add to inventory.

Choose your Pack Type
You can choose your product pack type. In the Account Settings, you can edit or delete the pack types you created.
Add a Note
Add a note by selecting the ‘+ Add a Note’ button, and select 'Save' :
When you have typed the quantity and selected 'Save' you will receive a confirmation message and see the inventory is automatically adjusted:
Inventory Adding Rules
A passive product is not available for editing inventory. If you try to add or adjust inventory for a passive product, you will receive the following error message:
