What can cause a Failed sync status?

Description

Suggested action

The reciprocal event for the other farm involved in this transfer can not be found and therefore can not be synchronised with Figured.

The Trev + Figured integration is only able to synchronise transfer events where the records for both farms involved in the transfer match (equal but opposite transfer events).

NB: This message will typically be displayed for transfer events that were created prior to the improved two-way livestock transfer mechanism being released in Trev.

Option 1/ Contact the other farm to confirm the correct details. We recommend locating and removing the original transfer event that has failed, then creating a new transfer event with the correct details.

Option 2/ Delete the transfer event and use an alternative event type (such as purchase/sold or missing/found).

The details of this transfer event do not align with the other farm involved in this transfer and therefore can not be synchronised with Figured.

The Trev + Figured integration is only able to synchronise transfer events where the records for both farms involved in the transfer match (equal but opposite transfer events).

Option 1/ Contact the other farm and agree on the correct details and edit this transfer event. NB: if you make changes you’ll need to wait until the other farm has confirmed those new transfer details before being able to synchronise.

Option 2/ Delete the transfer event and use an alternative event type (such as purchase/sold or missing/found).

The other farm involved in this transfer is not connected to Figured.

The Trev + Figured integration is only able to synchronise transfer events where both farms involved in the transfer have been connected to a “Livestock Tracker” in Figured.

Option 1/ Establish a connection with the “other” farm to a tracker in Figured and re-sync the event.

Option 2/ If you do not wish to create a connection for the “other” farm to a tracker in Figured, then delete these records and use an alternative event type (such as purchase/sold or missing/found).

This event has failed to synchronise in Figured. Please try again and if the problem persists refer to the Figured Troubleshooting Guide in the Help Centre.

The Trev + Figured integration is only able to synchronise transfer events where both farms are within the same Figured farm.

Option 1/ Ensure both farms are mapped to the same Figured Farm (or farms within a multi-farm) and re-sync the event.

Option 2/ Delete these records and use an alternative event type (such as purchase/sold or missing/found).

This event has failed to synchronise in Figured.

This is a general failure message which might be due to connectivity issues relating to the integration.

Try again and if the issue persists please contact the Trev support team via Intercom.

This Class Change In is pending because the corresponding Class Change Out event has not yet been synchronised with Figured.

A Class Change event in Figured is initiated by Trev transmitting a Class Change Out event. The Class Change In event will remain in a pending state until such time as the Class Change Out event has synchronised.

Ensure the Class Change Out event has been synchronised.

This event is pending because it was previously synced with Figured and has since been deleted in Trev.

This event has previously been synchronised with Figured but has since been deleted in Trev. If you re-sync this event it will remove the event from Figured, and this record will be removed from the Manage Data screen.

Synchronise the event to remove it from Figured.

This Transfer In is pending because the corresponding Transfer Out event for the other farm has not yet been synchronised with Figured.

A Transfer in Figured is initiated by Trev transmitting a Transfer Out event. If you have a Transfer In event this will be in a pending state until such time as the “other” farm synchronises their Transfer Out event.

Wait until the Transfer Out event has been synchronised by the other farm.

This event is pending because it was previously synchronised and has since been updated in Trev.

This event has previously been synchronised with Figured but has since been updated in Trev. If you re-sync this event it will update the event in Figured.

Synchronise the event to update it in Figured.

This event is in the queue to be synchronised.

The Sync Selected or Sync All button has been clicked and this event has been queued but not yet synchronised. NB: you may need to click the “Refresh” button to update the sync status.

Wait for the event to be synchronised. This should only take a few minutes so if the event remains in this state then please contact the Trev support team via Intercom.
