Overview
Working down a long list of mobs, it's easy to lose track of which ones you've already been through. Every mob in Mob Management & Feeding Levels carries a review icon showing how far you've got with it, and the Mobs header keeps a running count of how many are done.
Before you start
You need permission to submit reports for the farm, and the report needs to still be open for editing. If the report has been submitted and locked, the review icons won't respond.
The four review states
The review icon sits on the far left of each mob row:
Grey warning circle: you haven't opened this mob yet
Grey binoculars: you've opened the mob and looked at it
Grey pencil: you've changed something on the mob
Green tick: you've marked the mob as reviewed
Trev moves a mob from the warning circle to the binoculars as soon as you expand it, and on to the pencil when you save a change.
Handy tip! The green tick is the only state you set yourself. The other three follow what you've already done.
Marking a mob as reviewed
Click the review icon on the left of the mob row. The icon turns into a green tick and the count at the top of the Mobs section goes up by one.
You can also do it with the mob open:
Click anywhere on the mob row to expand it.
Click the teal Mark as Reviewed button at the bottom right of the Mob Details card.
Undoing a review
Click the green tick on the mob row, or click Mark as Not Reviewed in the Mob Details card.
The mob drops back to the point it had already reached rather than back to the start. A mob you'd edited before signing it off returns to the grey pencil, and one you'd only opened returns to the grey binoculars.
What to expect
Your review progress saves as you go, so there's no separate save step for it. The count in the Mobs header reads something like "3 of 12 reviewed" (for example) and updates on every change. Marking a mob as reviewed doesn't submit anything or change the mob's data, it only records that you've been through it.
Troubleshooting
Why did my mob go back to a pencil instead of no icon at all?
Un-reviewing returns a mob to the furthest point it had already reached. The pencil means the mob was edited at some stage, and that stays true whether or not it's signed off.Does editing a mob after I've reviewed it undo the review?
No, the green tick stays. The edit is recorded underneath, so if you un-review the mob later it returns to the pencil.I saw a message saying my review progress could not be saved.
The change didn't reach Trev, and the icon rolls back to where it was. Check your connection and click the icon again.
