How do I issue a refund to a bidder?

Similarly to deleting accidental bids, a bidder should contact your organization directly, as refunding a bidder for an item that has already been won is ultimately up to the discretion of the nonprofit.

Step 1: Contact Support.

If your organization agrees to refund your participant, you should follow the steps in this guide to initiate that refund with the aid of our Support team.
