How do I collect payment from bidders for their winnings?
Updated this week

Once an auction has ended, your bidders will likely be eager to submit payment for any items that they've won, so they can receive their items as soon as possible.

Below, we've outlined the simple and automated process that allows for your bidders to make their payments.

Step 1 (optional): Encourage those with "Buy-It-Now" or fixed price items to check out in advance of your auction ending.

For "Buy It Now" or fixed-price items in an auction, auction "winners" for those items can check out and pay for those items in advance of the auction's closing.

They can also continue to bid on other items through the remainder of the auction - they will just have to check out and pay for any additional items they have won once the auction has concluded.

Step 2: Close your auction.

Once an auction has formally concluded, all winning bidders will be notified via email and/or text of their winning status - and of what items they've won.

These messages will include a link that bidders can click, that will take them directly to a secure payment portal where they can submit payment.
