Step 1: Collect and confirm where you'll be sending those items.
Since your organization will have your physical auction items in their possession, it’s up to the nonprofit to provide further communication to auction winners.
We recommend proactively reaching out to your auction winners directly to coordinate that process once the auction is over through any of our messaging tools - or by sending your winners a form to collect their preferred mailing addresses once your auction has concluded.
