Summary
If you hold more than one currency account, you can convert money between them — for example, moving USD into GBP or EUR into USD — directly in the portal.
What can I do?
Open Exchange from the Transfers page, or from the Quick Actions on any account. (Exchange appears once you hold two or more currency accounts.)
Choose the account to convert from and the account to convert to.
Enter the amount. You'll see an estimate of the rate, any fees, and the amount you'll receive before confirming.
Confirm to move the converted funds into the destination account.
Good to know
The rate, fees, and received amount shown before you confirm are estimates; the final amount is set when the exchange is processed.
You need at least two currency accounts to use Exchange — open another from the Accounts page if you only have one.
